We use a wide variety of Corel products. CorelDraw! ¨is the most comprehensive PC graphics program, (also available on the Mac) which we have been using since Version 1. Its artistic text capabilities are unsurpassed. Packaged with CorelDraw¨ are a suite of excellent programs including, Corel Photo-Paint¨ Corel Texture¨, Corel Trace¨, Corel Capture¨, hundreds of fonts, thousands of clipart images and hi-res photos and several third party software packages. We also use Corel's WordPerfect Office Suite¨ which includes Quattro Pro¨, spread sheet and other programs. Most of these programs are cross platform capable.

We have been using Adobe PageMaker¨, Photoshop¨ and Illustrator¨ since their original versions. They were great programs to begin with and have grown better over the years. We also use other Adobe software including Adobe Type Manager¨ and Streamline¨ as well as Adobe fonts. Adobe offers good cross platform capability and solid support. We are just adding Adobe's new InDesign. This should be a very powerful program and we expect a lot from it.

Macromedia Freehand¨ has been a favorite of ours since it first came out as Aldus Freehand¨ in the 70's. It is the most comprehensive Mac garaphic package we have found (also available for PC) and in addition to being very, very powerful it is fast, easy to use and well supported. Among our other Macromedia favorites are Flash¨ and Fontographer¨.

We use many Agfa fonts for their high quality and reliability. Agfa FotoFlow¨, FotoLook¨ and ColorTune drive our scanners and we use Agfa's lightning fast Taipan¨ software RIP to drive the imagesetter. Like their hardware, Agfa software is well supported.

Our PC's are set up to handle files from and Version of Winows (yes, we still have our original first version of Windows diskettes on 5.25" floppies) and a Windows NT server is integrated into our Network. We also use Microsoft Office¨ which includes Microsoft Word¨ and Excel¨ as well as supporting programs.

QuarkXpress¨ has been a publishing industry standard for decades, especially in the newspaper and long publications areas. We supply a lot of our customers with Quark services..

Our Mac's are kept up to date with the latest Mac OS .

We use Extensis Phototools¨ to enhance our editing and special effects in Adobe Photoshop¨ and other programs .

In addition to our NT¨ network server we also have an integrated Novell Netware 5¨ server. This setuo allows us to work around most of the incompatabilities between NT, and some software as well as allowing us to use some products which, in current networking terms, are "out of date".

Our standard compression programs are Winzip¨ for the PC's and Stuffit¨ or DiskDoubler¨ for the Macs.

On the Mac side we rely mainly on Macromedia Fontographer¨ for font conversion, customization and design. Metamorphosis¨ is also available. On the PC side our principal tools are Fontmonger¨ and Corel.
